On the third of June, ISG employees and the ROBYG company have prepared a family festival at our premises. We had the possibility to take part in many attractions, such as:
- the warm-up match with Lechia Gdańsk footballers: Dusan Kuciak, Lukas Haraslin, Mario Maloc and Milos Krasic;
- football matches;
- painting on canvas and creating gigantic soap bubbles;
- painting children's faces;
- games between parents and children (races in bags, running with eggs, pulling rope);
- parkour classes;
- sailing classes (the boat OPTIMIST);
- fitness exercises;
- chemical and physical experiments (the elephant toothpaste, the oxygen locomotive, a chemical jojo and many others).
With a variety of activities, everyone could find something for yourself. Moreover, after many attractions we were serving grilled sausages or healthy snacks, such as fresh fruits.
We would like to thank you for attending our festival!

Recently our students have presented their leadership skills! Within the framework of a mini project -on Polish for foreigners lessons – the students Middle and High International School of Gdansk played roles of teachers and presented revision lessons that they prepared for their classmates. Students from middle and high school created mulitimedia presentations and presented their original ideas for language games and activities. According to one of the students presenting „his”lesson: standing in front of classmates, answering for their questions and making presenting grammar interesting is a time-consuming task and a huge challenge!
I wonder if anybody has discovered his calling for teaching.

On Friday we visited Fortress Wisłoujście. It was a great time because we had an occasion to watch a huge monument of defense which was in the past a sign of polish monarchy in Gdańsk. We were also in the watchtower and observed a nice panorama of Gdańsk.

On Tuesday Grade 2 Students had the opportunity to see one of the most popular companies in Poland. We went to Cedat (CEKOL) Company in which cast is made. Students had pleasure to see the production hall, get on a very big tunker and to grab a wheel of a forklift. Children has also the opportunity to paint the wall with colourful cast, make their own sculptures and paint them.
We send great 'thank You' to Zosia's Parents - to Mrs Agnieszka and Mr Piotr. It was great pleasure to visit your company. We think that was the best trip in this school year!

On June 1, we celebrated Children's Day, and our students were surprised with a number of attractions. The day began with a string concert of our students Weronika and Mateusz Czulak, we could hear the mastery of pop music in an unique arrangement. Then we went outside for a picnic of cakes, fruits, juice and yes, bubbles, that provided a backdrop for an active time. We jumped rope, played volleyball, soccer, and even badminton. Despite the weather, which could have been more gracious to us, none of the students were in a hurry to return to classrooms. It was a very successful day.
