It is with great pride that we announce our school results of the Grade 6 Exam, “Sprawdzian.”  It was the first time ISG participated in this Polish national standardized test. Our school results were excellent: the ISG average was 30 points,  a score that was higher than the average score for the city of Gdansk (26.41),  the Pomeranian Voivodeship (23,69) and Poland (24,03). ISG sixth grader Oskar Barnard won 3rd place in an all-province judo tournament organized in Gdansk on May 7. He competed against other youth from the Pomeranian area and scored very highly in his weight category. Congratulations, Oskar! Susan Mleczko (08.05.2013)

ISG Grade 6 students took first place on Friday, March 15 in the citywide Global Warming Science competition organized by the III Podstawowo-Gimnazjalny Zespół Szkół Społecznych STO in Gdansk. Oskar Barnard, Tania Ślązak and Katarina Towiańska presented their project under the guidance of ISG Science teacher Konrad Bursa. These students competed against older middle school students and were victorious. We are all very proud of this team! Susan Mleczko (15.03.2013)

Artwork created by third grade student Alexander Reginis was chosen as a winner in the calendar contest organized by the Gdansk Educational Foundation GFO.
